Cancellation & Refund Policy

IndiaGadgetz.com believes in keeping its customers happy and satisfied as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation and refund policy.


How do I cancel an order on IndiaGadgetz.com?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@indiagadgetz.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
After 24 hours we will be unable to cancel your order after it goes for processing.


Refund/Replacement Policy

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please contact the concerned manufacturer's service center directly. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also please email us at support@indiagadgetz.com mentioning your Order ID and the reason for refusal. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

We offer an EASY 3-DAY Refund and Replacement policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defect within 3 days from the date of delivery and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost. However, the product qualifies for refund/replacement only if the below mentioned conditions are met:

  • Customer has informed us within 3 days of order delivery of any manufacturing defect.


Refund Policy:

The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available or any product is returned back to us unopened and unused and original condition within 3 days from the date of delivery. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account/card used to pay for the order within 7-10 days. In case of COD orders, customers' bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
